Lisa Rhodes
Lisa received her teaching degree in 1986 and then married and immediately started a family. She was a stay-at-home mom for 20yrs raising 2 boys and a girl. She started her Naturopathy practice in 2008 and then went on to get her Applied Clinical Nutrition. During this time she was also learning the Bowen Technique and the use of the EPFX/ Scio machine. Natural health and helping people is her passion.
She believes Samuel Johnsons Quote: “To preserve health is a moral and religious duty, for health is the basis for all social virtues. We can no longer be useful when not well.”
Lisa loves Bowenwork, because it allows the body to use its God given internal wisdom to heal. Bowen practitioners are only stimulating the body to self-correct. Getting to the source of an issue can be difficult to discover, but with Bowenwork the body is able to figure it out. This is truly natural healing at its finest. When roadblocks to health are removed then the body will adjust. Correction achieved with medication or surgery is appealing to everyone. This gentle work can been done on old and young alike without the risk of doing harm, which makes it the ultimate modality of health.
Lisa enjoys teaching because she is sharing and spreading this ultimate modality of health. She feels that when you have something as precious as Bowenwork in your hands then you need and are obligated to share it. It would be a travesty to lose this modality because one wanted to be the only one in their area to be able to service people. It is her goal to be able to continue spreading the Bowenwork with all who are willing to learn wherever that may take her to help spread Bowenwork.
Donna Long Wolfer
I am a Licensed clinical esthetician and have been in practice for 25 years. I go to further education seminars at least twice a year to keep up with what’s going on in the industry. I work one on one with my clients, assessing their skin, educating them about products and help to improve their skin to the best of my knowledge.
My standard facial is superior to most estheticians because of my education and time in the field. I love what I do and put 110% into my practice.
